Services and prices

Fixed scope. Fixed price. In writing.

Every piece of work is a written deliverable with a fixed price, agreed in an engagement letter before it starts. No hourly meter, no sales calls.

Prize-draw review

£750 introductory

A fixed-fee, written commercial review of your draw model for one brand and website.

What you get

  • A written report on your prize fund, costs, margin, VAT and the risks in the numbers
  • Delivered in 10 working days

Price

  • £750 for one brand and website: an introductory price for my first three reviews
  • £1,500 after that
  • Extra brand £500 (£1,000 after the first three reviews)
  • Places go in the order engagement letters are signed

VAT & prize-fund scenario pack

£3,500

For operators weighing what HMRC's view on VAT means for their draws, before the tribunal decides.

What you get

  • A spreadsheet model of your own live draws, two ways: VAT on paid entries, and no VAT
  • Entry price, prize fund, sales and break-even under each
  • An 8–12 page board memo
  • One round of written Q&A
  • Delivered in 2 weeks

Scope

  • £1,000 per extra brand
  • A commercial model you hand to your own VAT adviser
  • Not a VAT opinion, and no dealings with HMRC on your behalf
  • Built from your figures and public sources only
