Who I am

This website is run by Ivan Soloviov, a sole trader trading as The Lottery CFO. I am responsible for any personal information you give me. Contact: ivan@thelotterycfo.com.

What this website collects

The site itself collects nothing about you. There are no forms, no accounts, no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics tags. The Margin Checker runs in your browser: nothing you type into it is stored or sent anywhere.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect them from attacks. That is personal information, handled by Cloudflare under its own privacy terms.

If you email me

I use your name, email address and anything you send me to reply, to prepare a proposal and, if we agree work, to deliver it. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry and, once we agree work, the contract between us.

If no work follows, I delete your details after 12 months. If we work together, I keep business records for as long as UK tax law requires, normally 6 years.

I don't sell or share your information. My email is hosted by Apple (iCloud Mail) and I read and answer it in Google Gmail, so both store messages on my behalf. Some of their processing happens outside the UK, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires (such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contract clauses).

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct, delete or restrict it, ask for it in a portable format, or object to how I use it. Email ivan@thelotterycfo.com. If you're unhappy with my answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
