What I do
I read a lottery or prize-draw business the way its finance director has to: where each pound of a ticket goes, what the prize fund really costs, where the break-even sits, and what a change in tax or regulation does to the margin. Then I write it down plainly, with the numbers behind every point.
How I work
- Written work only: reports, models and memos, each with a fixed price.
- Public information and your own figures. Nothing confidential about any former employer, ever.
- Commercial and financial analysis. Not legal, tax or investment advice: I'll tell you when you need a lawyer, a VAT adviser or a regulated adviser.
- I don't promote gambling and carry no gambling affiliate links.
